Yuo you can they are trust worthy i bought ipod touch in May i did not face
any problem in deal and product reaches my place after 2 days(New one) with
one year warranty i was in doubt at the beginning but there is nothing to be
scared of you need to keep these points in your mind .....

- Cross check
dealer's profile whom you are going to buy and how was his track record read
his feedback's which previous buyer's had when they made a deal.

-your
money is firstly paid to a third party generally Pay paisa in india and
Paypal in foreign.

what these third party does is they keep your money till
your product reaches you then finally after receiving your product you will
have to write a note of acceptance of the product then your money gets
transferred to seller's account.
you can send back product in 15 days in case
you find some thing wrong or you get what was not shown at ebay but this time
also you got to pay shipping charges...
