A CRM, An ERP or a package of both for SMEs?
I wonder what the SME sector in Manufacturing really needs as far as the It support is concerned. Would
just a powerful CRM enough? or additionally a separate ERP? or a tool that can offer the mix of both
CRM+ERP.

Can somebody through some light?
