Yes, Coloured invoice considered more authenticated by tax authorities, as the
B&W or Xerox may have data interpretted and signature may not be original. It
is construed that printing Colored invoice costs more and only owners of the
product/service have colored stationary, in view of the Logo,Trademark etc..
in color. Ramesh Upadhya

if you ask me it does not. The colour of the paper only make no difference. The
like and dislike of colour is purely based on individual perception.
Let me
ask you question- do you concentrated on colour of invoice when had been
shopping. Customers are more concerned abt value but not colour.
Colour
invoiced are used by the business unit in different colour only for
identification. under statutory there is need to raise in multiple copies of
invoices in that case it is use full print invoices in different colour or
other wise no use.

according to me it definitely makes a difference ... just imagine u r watching
a black n white TV or colour TV ... which would be best .... i think coloured
invoices will make ur company a bit differnt from others ... may be for a
settlement, ur invoice will supress the others in a lot of invoices n there r
chances u get ur payment soon ..
