S but everything has an limit. as my another friend suggest not to eat non
veg. the reason given by friend was not to kill living creature. if we start
saying like this no one will live in this world. Everthing we eat is a living
creature.

no i think that it is not necessary that a non veg food is essential for fit
body. veg can also make a good health. so take only veg food. i think that if
we eat any non veg food it will increase our stress more because in the
circumstances that we kill a living creature so it will be under some stress
and if we eat it it will increase our stress on our mind and body.
