All India Innovative Business Plan (AIBIC) Contest is first competition open to all current full time MBA or PGDB students from any recognized college in India.

AIBIC has been designed with help of top innovation experts teaching in A level US universities. All companies are looking for employees who bring innovation in any job they do. Innovation does not need decades of experience , what it needs is a mind set to look at any problem from a new angle and try new solutions.

AIBIC contest has been designed such that by thinking about starting a new company in one of 14 defined verticals, participants start to think about innovation in identifying business needs, innovation in sales and marketing strategy, innovation in product development and innovation in customer service.

Our goal is that by participating in the Contest each and every student learns about innovation and becomes a attractive candidate for his/her first job and some of them do take a plunge and start new companies.

Contest will require multiple submissions by students working in groups of up to 4. Students will get an opportunity to participate in discussions about innovation and get mentorship from industry experts in preparing their innovation plans. Final submissions will be due on
March 31st.

All submissions will be judged based on their participating level in whole process and innovations proposed by participants in the business plan. Jury will consist of successful entrepreneurs, senior management from top companies in India and US and Venture Capitalists.
