Tata Housing wins the prestigious IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award

Mumbai: Tata Housing Development Company, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in India, was conferred with the prestigious IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality (RBNQ) Business Excellence Award - 2013 in the services category. The awards ceremony was held on March 19, 2014, at the YB Chavan Centre, Mumbai, in the presence of dignitaries from the industry. Tata Housing was adjudged the winner on the basis of a rigorous evaluation process comprising assessment across parameters such as leadership capabilities, strategy planning, customer and market orientation, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, capable workforce and process management. The chief guest Arun Maira, member, Planning Commission, Government of India, presented the award to Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO, Tata Housing. IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award is possibly the most prestigious national quality award in the country.
