Tata Housing Announces Residential Housing Projects in Pune

Tata Housing Development Company Limited, Indias growing real estate developer, announced the second phase launch of its premium residential development Inora Park. Phase II of the project comprises approximately 100, 3 BHK units, 1400 square feet and are priced starting at 68 lakhs onwards. Apartments are also available in 2 and 2.5 BHK.
Inora Park is being developed on 6.28 acre land parcel located at NIBM Annexe, Pune. It will encompass premium residences with green landscapes and state-of-the-art modern amenities such as modern clubhouse of about 6000 sq. ft. that can adequately serve the residents with a multi-purpose hall, children play area, basketball court, jogging track/walkways, swimming pool, and gymnasium.
