Demand Rises For Gurgaon Luxury Properties

Bangalore:  The luxury properties of Gurgaon is the hottest cake in the realty market and every investors wants a piece of it. The growing demand for these properties is because of superior construction and timely possession. According to developers and realtors, the reason behind this interest is shift in traditional way of lifestyle that has changed drastically among young professionals and also quality amenities that these properties offer under single roof, as per TOI report.

Kunal Banerji, President, M3M &quotBoth stated that “these categories are active, with both serious end-users and investors putting in their money. Super luxury properties in Gurgaon include penthouses from premium developers such as M3M, villas by Emaar MGF, Belvedere of Central Park, Aralias and Magnolia by the DLF group."   Even Properties on the Dwarka Expressway with the prices ranging from rs60 lakh to rs1.5 crore and Villas by BPTP are categorized as luxury and Nirvana Country villas, Pioneer Profin developments, Tata Primanti, IREO and M3M among others are also being considered luxury.

The consumers of these properties are the buyers who are either long-term investors and do not hesitate to take risk while investing or the ones who are looking out for such properties to reside in. But, the key criteria to invest in such properties are the prominent builders, striking layouts and fine location. It has been observed that, in Delhi, people who are staying in plotted properties are now shifting to luxury apartments in Gurgaon and NRIs are the maximum of such kind.

Shorya Agarwal of REMAX Pro Vantage on this note said that, buyers are not only interested to invest in integrated townships but they also look for brand names like Raheja Builders, IREO Group, M3M, DLF, Jaypee Group, and the 3C Co., are among others.

In Delhi, most of the buyers are reinvesting in Gurgaon by selling their apartments for rs6-7 crore in GK and Vasant Vihar.
