The much-awaited DDA mega housing Scheme 2014 draw results finally declared on Tuesday, by leaving Lakhs of applicants desolate. The mega scheme offering 25,040 DDA flats in various categories with a price range of Rs 7 Lakh to Rs 1.2 crore, which spread across national capital Delhi, which is the most noteworthy in DDA’s history.

 “There is nothing erroneous with DDA’s regulation which holds that an individual who possess DDA flat before was not eligible for the draw,” A bench of Chief Justice Rohini and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw said after hearing many arguments.

After the declaration, DDA Vice Chairman Balvinder Kumar told reporters that DDA draw of lots results declared and are available at DDA website, the flats will be apportioned to the lucky winners only after the completion of entire construction including amenities. Once the payment is made online, all the flats will be handover to the applicants by the end of December 2014. At Vikas Sadan the camp will hold for 15 days, where the selected applicants can collect the allotment letter by submitting the related documents. The Draw of lots was held in two stages, one is randomization process and another is picking the lucky numbers. In the DDA lucky draw process Former Delhi High Court Justice Manju Goel, Dr A kumar professor in Delhi, IIT and Mahesh Chandra of National Informatics Centre are the Judges.For the unsuccessful applicants, DDA will refund the registration fee of Rs 1 Lakh within three months and the applicants who deposited the cheques in respective banks will receive refund cheques within a short span of time.

Along with the results List DDA is offering the waiting list which will not be revealed, this list will be dispatched if any candidate id disqualified and cancels the allotment.
