A popularly known American television and film actress, Ginnifer Goodwin bought this century-old Hollywood mansion from B Busy Philipps  for a whopping $1.1million way back in 2007.
The well-ventilated two-bedroom house in Whitley Heights area of the Hollywood Hills can be rightfully said as a hot commodity because some of its previous tenants include A-listers like Rachel Bilson and Rose McGowan. The best part about this property is that standout comedian Charlie Chaplin once resided in the neighborhood of Hollywood Hills enclave.
