Bangalore:  In today’s date, the real estate figures are touching sky. With the increase of property prices, the rent for an office spaces are also escalating high. According to the latest data from Knight Frank, a real estate agency, Hong Kong topped the list for world’s most expensive cities to rent an office. Although, there are other cities as well like London, Tokyo, Moscow etc which have made through the most expensive list.

Below listed are the world’s 10 most expensive cities to rent office space.

1) Hong Kong:

Average Price to rent an office space: $244 per square feet

Rental Growth Increased: 28 percent

Hong Kong ranked 1st position on the list for most expensive cities to rent for an office space. The flourishing economic market of Hong Kong makes it one of the most sought after city in Asia. Besides its strong economy, Hong Kong’s office rent has increased by 28 percent from the last year and in the current year, the price stood at about $ 244 (rs12, 175 approximately) per square feet, reports Luxpresso.
